Tepora Toliniu, Grants Program Manager
Mentor, American Samoa Department of Agriculture
Tepora Toliniu serves as a Mentor for the ATINAʻE Scholars program, representing the Department of Agriculture as Grants Manager. With a strong foundation in marine science and extensive experience as a Fisheries Technician, Tepora is skilled in policy analysis, sustainability, biodiversity, data analysis, and science-based resource management. She now applies her leadership and research expertise to farming and agriculture, supporting projects that promote food security, sustainable practices, and community resilience. Passionate about youth development, Tepora helps students connect science, policy, and culture to create career pathways in agriculture and natural resource management.
