Aloha kākou! We are Ka Pilina Noʻeau II (KPNII) and Ka Pilina Noʻeau Hoʻomau (KPNH). We are part of the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa College of Education’s Center on Disability Studies.

Kapilina Noeau 2 engages K-5 students, PreK participants, parents, and high schoolers in statewide learning. DOE teachers, educational professionals, and Boys & Girls Club staff mentor interactive, culturally enriching programs.
