This program is specially designed for young adults with mild to intensive support needs who face challenges with learning, language, attention, social interaction, or sensory processing. AFCS' full-time PCIP for college juniors prepares you for a number of promising careers within AFCS, including Science & Engineering, Cybersecurity, IT, Acquisition, and other mission-criticial specialty positions. All told, 500 internships in 45 locations across America will be awarded to student who qualify. Some of our career fields even offer a sign-on bonus. Over the 10-12 week paid summer internship, you'll work side by side with current AFCS and military professionals, gaining invaluable hands-on experience making tangible contributions to real-world projects in support of the U.S. Air Force and its critical mission.
