These resources provide families information on low to no-cost Pre-Kindergarten programs including links to helpful resources and options for programs that charge less than $600 per month for tuition.  

The Low to No-Cost Early Childhood resource list is divided into five sections: 

• Parent Participation Programs
• Home-Visiting Programs
• Center-Based Programs
• Scholarships, Subsidies, and Resource
• Services for Children with Special Needs

This resource was developed in collaboration between the Executive Office on Early Learning and Kamehameha Schools.
