Completely fill out the form below and submit your video or Powerpoint file by the contest entry deadline.
Videos are to be a maximum of 3 minutes (not including a slate) and should not exceed 1GB in size. Acceptable file formats are: .MP4 .AVI .MOV .MPG .MPG2 .MPEG2 .WMV.
All Powerpoints and videos should not exceed 1GB in size.
All files must be uploaded by contest deadline.
