Mikiala Developmental Screening Project

CDS will provide program evaluation for Mikiala, a developmental screening/early intervention project in Kalihi, Oahu. Parents and Children Together (PACT) is implementing the project, which is funded by Aloha United Way (AUW).

The primary areas to be addressed by the evaluation are:

1. The extent to which the activities are being implemented as planned;
2. The effectiveness of the activities in achieving the project goal and objectives; and
3. The impact of the intervention on the participants.

The evaluation will be longitudinal with data gathered systematically across the 3-year project. Information obtained from the evaluation will be used to determine effectiveness of project implementation and to make adjustments as needed.
